Eric took care of several preparatory items for me in advance of my picking up my vehicle and went above and beyond providing me a ride to come and pick up my car. Eric's attention to detail and responsiveness made the difference in me choosing Auto Town and he ensured it was a pleasant transaction. They made sure that it fit my budget and also dealt in a very professional and friendly manner. They also agreed to fix up small parts of the car that were either missing or damaged. Very good customer as well as financing services Even though it took longer than usual because they've been having technical difficulties with the computers when I came in, they made sure to use the Even though it took longer than usual because they've been having technical difficulties with the computers when I came in, they made sure to use the extra time to answer any questions I had over the buying experience and the car as well as get to my appointment the moment I went in even tho I came in pretty early. Although they weren't able to fix the broken hinge on the glove box, they did listen to my requests and set up an appointment for me the week after for any issues I found after the initial purchase.
