Not great Although our salesman was very friendly, helpful, and honest, we found the sales manager to be quite the opposite. Hard to get information from him. We ended up purchasing the car we wanted for a fair price but not without some problems along the way. We signed a bill of sale agreeing to a 48 month term that was quoted to us, and returned 2 days later to sign the rest of the paperwork. All of a sudden, by "accident" it was a 60 month term. We also agreed to purchase extended warranty with unlimited km's, only to find out 2 days later that it's not offered anymore and that there was a 60,000km limit on it. The finance manager bumped it to 80k free of charge, but we still felt completely lied to and left with a very bad taste in our mouth. Although the finance manager did his best to rectify the situation, it doesn't make up for these mistakes. We were also given a spare key for the car that was for a different vehicle. They did fix this immediately the next day which was a positive. Our salesman took our picture with the car when we picked up the vehicle, but it was never sent to us with a link to write a review, presumably because they knew we weren't too happy with the service we got. Thankfully we love our car, just didn't really enjoy the process we went through to get it. More
