Amazing Staff & Service I found a car on AutoTown's website that I was thinking of purchasing. Even though I was weeks away from being able to purchase, the salesman was frie I found a car on AutoTown's website that I was thinking of purchasing. There were some issues, but the pricing and selection was excellent so I bought a 2011 Volvo from AutoTown about a year ago and had an ok experience. There were some issues, but the pricing and selection was excellent so I figured I would give them another shot. Well this time they really did impress me. I ended up buying a 2011 Kia Rondo (as my 2nd car). They were up front about my trade and gave me a fair number, they accommodated my many test drives, they never made me wait (which I can't stand), and they made the purchase process go as quickly as possible once I knew what I wanted to do. Lorne was my salesperson and he's a just a genuine good guy who likes cars so he's a good fit for his job. Meanwhile Marcos helped out with the sales transaction -- I'm not sure if he's the Sales Manager or Floor Supervisor or whatever, but he seemed to take charge and I must say this guy is fantastic. Really professional and extremely organized -- Marcos is a superstar destined to be a General Manager or Corporate VP one day for sure. Andres is the GM and he was a straight shooter -- which I like. No tricks, no hidden fees, no nickel and dime negotiation, just a business and a buyer looking for a win-win. All in all I have no complaints. The owner of this shop has done an excellent job putting together a strong team with a really great inventory. I would not hesitate to recommend Autotown to others. More

Easy buying experience for a Audi A4 Found a car online I wanted to see, called and spoke to Lorne. He had the car out and waiting for my girlfriend and I to take out to drive. Mazda cx5 2013 I've seen some negative comments as I read them, but here are my thoughts. Soon as me and my boyfriend passes by and checks out a car that I like, I've seen some negative comments as I read them, but here are my thoughts. Soon as me and my boyfriend passes by and checks out a car that I like, Riley came up to us looking very approachable. He right away told us a quick information about the car that I like. After a few discussions, we left and told him that we will think about it. After a week of browsing around the city, we end up calling Riley and asked him straight if he can give us the price we can afford and he never hesitate to ask his manager. More discussion about the car... And here comes the gorgeous lady Amanda, she was really nice and helped me a lot negotiate with the bank. She discussed every single thing about the payments and etc. I felt that she never pushed me to get this car so bad just so they will earn sales. Even though it was already passed the hour they closed, she was still there getting the job done and same with Riley. Here comes the next day I got the car, I realized that they didn't get a chance to change my cabin filter so I emailed Riley right away and right away I was asked to come in and get it done. They gave me a nice courtesy car while they were taking care of my car. He was really apologetic and such a very nice person. Blah blah blah.. Over all, I was very happy and satisfied. Riley would always E-mail me and checks up on my car and see if I'm liking it or whatsoever. So thank you guys, more of Riley for taking care of my car! Also.... Maybe a coffee machine in the lobby area guys? :P More
