Bad Service that turns into Harassment. Terrible service and borderline dishonesty. My family is from London and we just had our car written off in an accident. We found good deal at Autoram Terrible service and borderline dishonesty. My family is from London and we just had our car written off in an accident. We found good deal at Autorama, being a few hours away we called up and Autorama asked for our credit card details to leave a deposit. So far so good, we booked tickets on the Greyhound to come up and collect the car today. I'm sure most of you can guess where this is going... We called to let them know we were on the way and they informed us they had sold the car. Their excuse? Apparently they never took a deposit from our credit card so technically we hadn't reserved anything. That kind of dishonesty business practice tells you a lot about a company. I don't know what the real story is and Autorama doesn't care. They didn't even have the decency to call us after selling the vehicle we had reserved. My question would be, why ask for our credit card information if you don't intended to doing anything with it. Obviously we won't be buying anything from them and I would advise any other potential customers to be very wary of similar incidences. Today's been a real disappointment for me and my family. UPDATE: My family has now been contacted by Sam from Autorama who has demanded we take our review down. So after the poor experience we had with Autorama we are now being harassed by their staff. So just to recap our experience.. Autorama (through either incompetence or lack of caring) sells a vehicle we had reserved and left us holding the bag for transport costs to Toronto. They offered and suggested nothing to help rectify the situation and now, days later they are harassing us for voicing our disappointment. More

I found autorama on line and read the testimonials and thought they were worth a look. We dealt with Fraser and our experience was nothing short of amazing. We found exactly what we were looking for and purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey. When we were only a few Km's from home the check engine light came on. I contacted Fraser right away and he told me to bring the vehicle back which we did. In one day they fixed the problem and it has been running beautifully ever since. Great service from beginning to end. We had amazing service from the beginning to now. David was a great sales person, patient as we couldn't decide which year we were going to buy and he also knew we were doing other test drives elsewhere. Prices are competitive. We had an issue with our brakes that passed safety however when we took it to the dealer they said they recommended they be changed. Although it was a recommendation we took it back a few days after pick up and the service advisor took it in to look at. We got a call later that they had changed and made necessary repairs. I remember them saying we want our customers happy and as corny as it sounded they stood behind it. Thank you to Amir who made sure we left as happy customers and did something he may not have had to to make things right in his customers eyes. Autorama is a great dealership. This is why they are winning their awards. Customers do come first. More
