Here are some specifics: Adele went out of her way to take detailed photos of 2 different models and then sent them via email for me to look at prior to coming into the dealership (we live an hour away); Adele responded instantly to all of my emails and gave very detailed answers to all of my questions; Once at the dealership, Adele greeted us warmly and took the time to go over the features of the Veracruz in detail - she even took the liberty of pre-warming the vehicle so that the environment inside the car was perfect (it was cold and rainy); Adele and Matt made the negotiation process pleasant and easy by being open and transparent about everything - we never once felt uncomfortable, and in the end we arrived at a deal; Adele even spent time with our two kids in the waiting area while we concluded the deal with Gisele (Business Manager) - who was also very nice and professional!
