Outstanding Customer Service I took my car in for it's regular service - upon completing the service they found some issues. Jane called me prior to any further work being done. S I took my car in for it's regular service - upon completing the service they found some issues. Jane called me prior to any further work being done. She explained in thorough work that she recommended to be done. Jane also noticed an issue with my rims and went out of her way to contact Hyundai about getting 2 of them replaced under warranty (A warranty that I did not know existed and had plans to pay to be replaced). She was exceptional at keeping me updated with the status of the claim, getting my car back into the shop and getting them replaced. The shuttle is always available without any delays and he is very welcoming! ... and free car washes!! I will admit, I do miss the smarties after being serviced! Overall: Amazing Customer Service and a great place to deal with. More

Their dedication to customer satisfaction is an industry standard that should be incorporated into all dealerships and customer service related departments in all fields, starting from the reception, to sales, and service and even extending to the service shop, who are probably the hardest working individuals in a dealership. My experience commenced with a warm greeting from reception. Who kindly directed me to service. Where I had the atmost pleasure of meeting Keren. She listened attentively to my car concerns and my dire need to be out of the shop in time to get my children off the bus. She did the drive test to assist with the diagnosis of the car issue and with the amazing talents of the mechanic, Dave. They had me in and out with a fresh car wash in less than an hour. If more people cared about the standard of service in an industry as Krista, Keren, and Dave have, more people would be as eager as I am to revisit a business such as this. Fair service. A few bumps. Mike was good. Deal was fairly simple but not fast. Sales person was good. Other employees seemed off at times. Over all slogan of treating everyone like family isnt totally felt. My car was scratched brand new which may not be anyones fault but seema like a huge oversight. My first new car. They will fix it but its a pain in the butt and should have never happened. My finance lady was the best part. She was fun and friendly. Give that lady a raise. 10 of 10 My service standards are high. Ive worked in service my whole life. I set the bar high. Feels like most buisness in the falls. A bit doggy but you get what you need. More

Kayla is also excellent and made us feel very comfortable which is important to me. Amazing!
