vey bad experience !!! NEVER EVER BUY vehicle from this cheat Auto Planet. I did a mistake by buying an SUV from this co. Within fifteen days (their so called 30 days w !!! NEVER EVER BUY vehicle from this cheat Auto Planet. I did a mistake by buying an SUV from this co. Within fifteen days (their so called 30 days warranty) my SUVs starts giving problem and I was asked by the Manager to take the vehicle to their authorized garage at their expenses. I did that and after half the work done, I was told by the garage owner,that Auto Planet manager refused to pay and I have to pay for the repairs, before leaving garage. I called A.P. Manager many times but he did not picked my call, having no other option, I payed the garage owner. After that I came to A.P. Manager he refused to refund any money and told me this do not covers under their warranty. Now I have no option but to sue this Auto Planet in court. More

Came back in the next day and put pen to paper on a great deal! Saved thousands on a slightly used vehicle. Dealing with a non-commissioned Sales rep was refreshing! My sales rep Manolito Brad Ong was friendly and honest, the sales manager Jing Gonzalez was a straight shooter but also not pushy. The finance Manager Shan Javed was knowledgeable and efficient and even the guy who changed my plates (Gerrick Dela Cruz ) was wearing a tie, helped me move car seats from my trade in and wished me safe travels! I made a special point to look for their names on the company website because of the great experiance! How such a large dealership operates so smoothly is beyond me! More

They sold me an american car with inaccurate mileage I found the vehicle I bought had 100,000 km over what the sales contract said, and they claimed it was a mistake. I complained to Ali without getting satisfaction, but Jing Gomez called me back and was very apologetic and wanted to resolve the issue .Autoplanet Direct eventually covered my costs, and I ended up buying a newer vehicle from them so my overall experience ended up being okay. I think they are trying but still don`t have polish as a dealership. It should have been obvious and pointed out to me that an American vehicles mileage would be multiplied by 1.62 to convert to kms. at the time of sale, In which case I would not have purchased it. I ended up concluding the whole thing was a mistake, but I advise caution in approaching any deal until they get the kinks out of their process. More

No pressure, yeah right Went to auto planet to look at a f150. After the sales lady screwed around for over an hour we finally had the truck out for a test drive. They low balled me on the price of my truck that I wanted to trade in, and when I told the sales manager that I wanted 22k for mine he repeated 15 times, "if I can get you 22k for your truck will you do the deal today?" Which didn't go over well, I asked for my keys back to my truck and we were about to walk out when a different manager came over and he was less of a dummy than the sales manager. Told him I didn't want to do Bussiness here. The next day I had a customer service lady call me and asked about my experience there. I didn't hold back on telling her what happend. Shortly after a higher up manager called me to smooth things over and ask me "what he can do to make me happy" he told me he would call me back, I haven't heard anything yet. I recommend not going to this dealer. More
