I had looked up their inventory online and had decided on which car I wanted but when I got to the dealership in the morning, they informed me that the car I wanted had already been sold. I was so disappointed but Lavan assured me that if for whatever reason the deal didn't go through, he would let me know right away and I could put in an offer on the car I really wanted. Lucky for me, that's exactly what happened! Lavan called me the next day and told me the car I had my heart set on was available!
