As we approached there was the Hyundai Genesis we were coming to test drive so we thought we were in the right place. AutoPark's sales representative Paras was very accommodating & showed me cars which fit within my requirements. In the meantime my wife was indoors warming where AutoPark's manager Wayne discussed the wish list with her. AutoPark's professional team showed us how we could get a car that met our needs as well as our wishes. Best part they had a couple of cars that fit the bill in their inventory. They discussed each model, giving us the pros & cons of each plus recommendations on what they felt we would be happiest in. Their recommendation was a Lexus IS250C which we ended up purchasing. Paras & Wayne worked very hard to ensure the vehicle was like new & safe for driving in the winter conditions. The finance team put the right financing & warranty package together &worked with our insurance company to get everything completed for picking up our Lexus. We have been driving the car for almost a month now & cannot think of one negative towards AutoPark. We would definitely buy from AutoPark again. More

Great place for used cars A very important part of the sale was the people I'm giving my money to. Lets face it, it's a business and someone will be making a profit so I judge A very important part of the sale was the people I'm giving my money to. Lets face it, it's a business and someone will be making a profit so I judge part of the decision based also on whom it is I do my business with. Trust is a big part of that. I had a lot of detailed questions during the sale and they were all answered with honesty and never over sold. The no haggle policy threw me off however it made sense considering the service I was given and to be completely honest it was a much more pleasant experience than that of an over priced dealership that I basically HAD to negotiate on. The price of the car was actually quite reasonable yet the car was not exactly the way I would like it to be when I first saw it (typical of any used auto) and it was kept this way on purpose for me to see what the car has been through (NO HIDDEN SURPRISES AT THIS DEALERSHIP). All the dings, scratches and rust spots (tiny as they were) stuck out in my mind but had been completely fixed as negotiated and this was a pleasant surprise because their body shop and outsourced connections had done an incredible job. The leather seats looked brand new, the body worked looked brand new everything I had been promised was delivered. I was also given the highest appraisal for my trade in out of all the dealerships I went to (by $500 over). As the dealership was very honest with me I would likewise like to repay the favour to give some honest and constructive feedback. I was quoted for 4.99% originally however this was a mistake since I eventually found out during the Finance consultation that the monthly added up to 5.99%. Not a big deal at all but I had to take my time to make sure all the figures added up in the end. I would certainly recommend this dealership and further more I would highly recommend you ask for Greig White. I've bought 4 cars in the past each at different dealerships and this has been a great experience primarily because of the service. The fact that I LOVE the car I bought helps a little too but it's mostly the service (before and after the purchase) More

"Buying a car becomes a breeze" When my faithful Suzuki of 17 years, ESTHER, began to exhibit symptoms of leaking coolant and lack of heating, it was time to retire her. My mechanic, Dennis recommended that I should speak to PARIS, next door at AUTOPARK, to discuss with him a replacement vehicle. Well, meeting PARIS was relaxing and we shared some humor (he offered to give me some extra air in the tires!). There was no sales pressure; just providing the answers to all my querries about "poorman's" vehicles and prices. He showed me several cars and I was able to make an informed choice with his assistance. Since it was 17 years since I bought my last car, I had no knowledge that a car could be acquired, ready for the road by the next day! This is what happened as a result of the sincere service from PARIS. He specifically came in on his day off to facilitate the personal delivery to me! The process of buying the vehicle was very smooth and the customer service was perfect. I just went back as a notification came up saying may front right low beam is dead and needed a new light. I went in Monday morning and within 10 minutes they had fixed it and put a new bulb in, free of charge, Excellent service and very friendly! Highly Recommended!!! More
