We found that when we entered the sales room, we were greeted with happy employees. We were offered coffee/tea and were told the wait wouldn't be long. We picked the very first vehicle that we tried out and completed the paperwork and a few days later we had our vehicle. After looking at several lots we found yours to have a good selection of used cars. We were happy to have met Gord who proved to be very friendly and knowledgeable of his products. When I picked up the car I was very pleasantly surprised to find that he had new tires installed which I had not expected. He was not your stereotype used car salesman. He seemed genuinely concerned that I was happy with the deal he offered and I did not feel at any time pressured to buy. We visited Autopark Barrie specifically to look at several vehicles that we saw online. As it turned out, none of those vehicles were quite right. We met Ivan for the first time that day and he show several vehicles that we saw online. As it turned out, none of those vehicles were quite right. We met Ivan for the first time that day and he showed us a few more vehicles similar to the ones we started with, encouraged us to test drive as many as we liked and ultimately helped us narrow down our selection to a 2011 or 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. He was fabulous, patient and very, very knowledgable, but the 'perfect' one was not there yet. The next day, we had a call from Ivan about a Santa Fe that had just come onto the lot. It was perfect, and exactly what we had decided on. Through the process, we met Shannon, Sean and Nunzio and were impressed how the whole team worked together to help us into this gently used Santa Fe. We would recommend the dealership and all of the people we worked with through this process. We will definitely be sending our friends and family to Ivan when they're in the market for new wheels! I visited Autopark on the recommendation of my brother who purchased a vehicle there earlier this year. Gord was the first guy to greet me at the door and when I told him what I wanted he went straight to work! There wasn't a vehicle on the lot that matched my criteria but this didn't stop Gord. He searched online, showed me a few options and then continued to look long after I left. In the following week I visited many other dealers but the other sales guys were rude, annoying or just didn't care. Gord was awesome! He kept looking, found something that matched all of my criteria (except colour) and was the ONLY sales guy who called me back. He brought the vehicle in from another location, let me take it for a few long test drives and then made the purchasing process very simple. Gord is a great guy. He showed attention to detail, great customer service and I felt like I was treated right. I would definitely buy from Gord again and will be recommending him to my family and friends. It's a shame he's not a Liverpool Football Club fan though... but not everyone is perfect. More

Two weeks ago I saw a Kia Sorrento online, went in and looked at it with the sales guy Don Coburn. Went back next Thurs. with my wife. For safety guidelines they did everything, Plus put 2 new front tires ,even though the tires on the vehicle would have passed. That is making a customer, me, very happy. After going from dealership to dealership, I finally ended up in Autopark Superstore located in Innisfil. I was already eyeing the car I have today the second I walked into the dealership. When it was time to look for a newer vehicle, Autopark Barrie was on top of the list for shopping around. We had multiple good references from others who had previously purchased from Autopark, both in the experience and satisfaction with the vehicle purchased. They have a great selection of clean, low mileage, competitively priced, pre-owned vehicles to choose from on professional facilities. When we walked on the lot to look around, we were greeted cheerfully by Gord Docherty who was ready to help us find the right vehicle, but he was not pushy in any way. In fact I have to commend him with his patience over multiple visits and test drives while we were all over the board in narrowing down the type of vehicle we wanted, never at any time trying to force a sale. Listening, and observing over each visit, Gord helped us in eventually coming to the conclusion that a 2012 Hyundai Sante Fe that we had first looked at seemed to best fit our needs and budget and now 6 weeks later, we are very pleased that we settled on this vehicle. Before finalizing our purchase I had shopped around Hyundai dealerships and on the internet and could not find a comparable vehicle that was near the asking price at Autopark Barrie so we feel confident in the value we received. The vehicle is very clean (not far from new), with the balance of a solid bumper to bumper warranty remaining from Hyundai. Autopark also provided full disclosure on the vehicle history without any issue. We had no doubt we would purchase through Gord/Autopark. When we finally made up our mind on the vehicle, the closing process was easy and facilitated by similarly helpful and cheerful service by Shannon and Sean. Gord took care of all of the small details until we drove off the lot and then followed up by phone weeks later to confirm we remained happy with the vehicle.... and that remains a yes. More
