"Price jump after given quote over phone"

I called to get a quote on a Mazda 3. It was one of the best prices in this area. I go to the dealership and the price went up by a few thousand over my quote over the phone. The salesperson tried I misheard him but I wrote it down. I ended up buying my Mazda 3 in London instead of this place.

"Recent service"

I went for service and had my winter tires taken off and my all season tires put on. I also had an oil change and my heat/ air conditioner fan repaired this was on a Tuesday. The next day I drove to London and then Thursday I drove to work and back half hour each way. On Friday on my way to work I heard a loud noice coming from my driver side tire. I pulled over to check the tire could not see anything. I continued on my way the noise got louder. When I reached work I called the service center. Told them what was happening they said to bring it in before 400. I had to leave work an hour and a half early to be there for this time. After they looked at my car they discovered one of the bolts on the driver side tired was loose. I said you just put these tires on Tuesday I been driving a lot my tire could have fallen off. The service guy said well good thing you could hear it. Really Because of the poor quality service I received on Tuesday I lost one hour and a half pay. No apology was received. Not impressed.

"Emergency Service"

Was travelling through Windsor in 2013 CX-5 and heard grinding noise. Stopped at AutoHouse to resolve issue. Rear brakes and rotors needed replacement even though service and inspection had been performed at another dealership in Ontario less than one week prior which said rear brakes had 20-30% remaining AotoHouse performed service even though they were booked all afternoon. I could not have imagined what it would have been like driving through the mountains in Tennessee without brakes ! Customer service was outstanding - Thank you !!

I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 from Jeff Higgins at AutoHouse Mazda and he went above and beyond to ensure I got the right car for my needs and at a great price. I had been to several different dealerships and not once did a sales person come out to see if I needed any help (it was raining but only just a little bit), Jeff was the only one. He brought me an umbrella and welcomed me to AutoHouse Mazda and then asked if I their was anyhting he could help me with. He asked several questions to ensure he understood my needs, once he understood my needs and budget he directed me to a Mazda 3 GS with skyactive (fuel mileage was a big concern as I drive back and forth to London every day for work). He showed me the car and took me on a fun test drive. When we got back to the dealership he went over the financing options and found a price that worked for me. I didn't buy that day as I wanted to look over my options, I told him I would get back to him later that week (he didn't try to pressure me to buy that minute which I very much apprectiated). Jeff only called me once over the next week just to follow up and ensure that I didn't have any further questions, he didn't try to pressure me to come in and buy (I had looked at a few other cars since looking at the Mazda 3 and the two sales guys that I talked to called me every day and tried to get me to buy each time they called- very high pressure). About a week later I called Jeff and arranged a date to go in to further discuss my purchase, although Jeff was suppose to be done work earlier then I was able to make it in to see him at he told this was not an issue and that he would work around my schedule (customer service at its best). When I went in Jeff made me feel confident in my purchase decision, he went over the numbers in detail and asked if I had any questions (he was very open and honest). Two days later I went in and picked up my new car, Jeff went over the paperwork ensuring that I knew what I was signing and always asked if I had any questions. He then showed me the service department (a brand new service area, with glass windows so I can see my car being worked on) and he introduced me to the Service Manager Eric. Eric booked my first service appointment and told me that he would call me closer to that date to remind me. Jeff then went through and explained the car and got my bluetooth all setup for me (the last car I bought the sales guy threw the keys at me and sent me on my way). Before I left Jeff told me that if I ever had any questions to call him, no matter what it was and sure enough I called him three days later to ask him a silly question about the radio- he answered my question and didn't make me feel stupid for calling. This was the best car buying experience that I have had and I will recommend Jeff Higgins and Auto House Mazda to my friends and family. Thanks Jeff for all your hardwork and your customer service.
