The experience my wife and I had with Luis was fantastic! My wife and I enjoyed the entire process with Audi of Mississauga . We had been looking for a luxury sports sedan for sometime (Audi S4, Mercedes C63 My wife and I enjoyed the entire process with Audi of Mississauga . We had been looking for a luxury sports sedan for sometime (Audi S4, Mercedes C63, BMW M3, etc) and found that most dealers we spoke to never approached us in a way that expressed interest to sell a vehicle to us. Luis at Audi of Mississauga was very courteous and demonstrated a level of customer understanding that can not be understated. His ability to relate to us, ask questions that moved the deal forward and willingness to work with us made the experience enjoyable and has made us customers of his for life. My wife and I live in Ottawa and were visiting family in Mississauga. I was out with my wife at the Heartland Town Center when we saw Audi of Mississauga while passing by and decided to stop. When we stopped, we were lucky enough to meet Luis who was wonderful! Luis worked with us to achieve a mutually agreeable deal and made our chance stopping at Audi of Mississauga a prosperous one for all of us! The experience my wife and I had was spectacular! We had been to Mercedes, BMW and other Audi locations, but none compared to the experience we had at Audi of Mississauga . As I mentioned before, we stopped by chance as we were passing by the dealership and made a snap decision to stop in not realizing that it was 30 minutes before close. Luis took his time, answered all our questions and helped us purchase our car, staying past closing time on a Saturday for us to do so. My wife and I had visited other locations closer to where we live (Ottawa) and had a good idea of what we wanted. We were ready to buy, but were having a hard time finding a dealer who was willing to work with us to come to an amicable agreement. When we stepped into Audi of Mississauga, it was a completely different experience from what we had seen everywhere else. Luis and Audi of Mississauga were kind, courteous and professional. Many other dealers we visited were snobby and pretentious. The staff at Audi of Mississauga set the right tone from the very beginning by being friendly and courteous. This continued on throughout the negotiation process with open and frank discussions which gave us the feeling of an open and honest environment. This made our decision to buy from Luis and the Audi of Mississauga dealership a no brainer! The following blew my wife and I away.... We are located in Ottawa while Audi of Mississauga is in, well, Mississauga. We had arranged to pick up our car the week after the deal was made. I had indicated to Luis that we resided in Ottawa and would fly into Toronto on the day that we agreed upon to pick up the car. Luis offered to pick us up from the airport when we arrived. That's the first "WOW". We gratefully accepted. When Luis picked us up at the airport, he did so in a beautiful A8. Talk about getting picked up in a limo! On the way to the dealership from the airport, he candidly mentioned that he was on vacation. Luis took time from his summer vacation to pick us up at the airport, deliver our car and process the paper work. This was significantly above and beyond the call of duty. "WOW" number two. As a result of Luis' outstanding performance, my wife has insisted that, and I quote her, "we only buy cars from Luis, no matter where he works." I sincerely hope he is still at Audi when that time comes in the next year or two. Outstanding! I can not overstate how impressed I am with Luis Marques!! From the moment we walked into Audi of Mississauga to the moment I drove off the lot, he was courteous, honest, concerned with the customer, had our interests in mind and generous. He went way above and beyond on three occasions. 1. Staying after close, on a Saturday, to conclude a deal with my wife and I. 2. Picked us up at the airport while he was on summer vacation. 3. Delivered our new car to us in the middle of the week, during his week long summer vacation. My wife and I plan on returning to see Luis in the next year or two to purchase a Q5. While at Audi of Mississauga , the staff was very kind, professional and courteous. The whole experience at Audi of Mississauga gave us the feeling of being treated as a customer at a luxury car brand. The experience we had ranks head and shoulders above the experiences we had at Mercedes, BMW and other Audi dealerships. It is, in large part, one of the reasons we decided to buy at Audi of Mississauga. The cars brought me in, the experience sold me, the people will keep me there. More

One day when he was busy with another customer, he did not ask me to wait until he is free but he immediately assigned one of his colleagues to help me out. In this age of fierce competeitveness, I see that as a great attitude.
