We have been in the market for a new vehicle for a number of months now - from Land OZ is truly an exceptional person when you go to buy a vehicle. We have been in the market for a new vehicle for a number of months now - from Land Rover, BMW, Hyundai, Benz etc. The experience has been usually the same - shady sales guy comes to try to sell you a vehicle, realizes you are looking to buy in a couple months and stops paying attention to you - some try to push the sale..overall it sucked. We then went to Audi Mississauga - OZ came to us - we told him the same of how we are looking at options and plan to buy in a few months - he went above and beyond right away, started to show us what the Audi Q3 is all about and told us when we are ready we should come back in and test it out. Answered all our questions, stayed by us to make sure all questions were answered and him being a service technician before told us a bunch of technical details of how Audi is different. We liked the experience so much we went back in the next week - again OZ went above and beyond and best of all he was OPEN, HONEST and TRANSPARENT (This is rare in the car sales world) he told us as is - wasn't shady at all. He gave us all options - went for a test drive, explained all the functionality of the Q3 - he even gave us great discounts in addition to the promo that was going on - even found a discount for working at my current employer - yes that's right he PROACTIVELY found us discounts to save us money!!! We ordered the car and waited - OZ kept in touch with us even did a walk around the car to make sure everything was absolutely perfect - called us right away when he found a couple stone chips on the bumper and said they will take care of right away. When we went to pick up the vehicle he even gave us some audi accessories since it was my wifes bday!! There are MANY MANY things OZ did not have to do - most sales folks sell it and forget it - OZ sold it, kept us updated and worked hard behind the scenes to make sure we had a perfect experience, met us on pick up day and ensured everything was PERFECT before we drove away. If his boss is reading this give him a raise or a promo RIGHT NOW - he is truly a rare gem in the car sales industry and his skill to make sure everything is perfect for the customer, while making sure he is honest and transparent is VERY RARE. We love our Audi Q3 and will definitely be referring people to OZ!! More

Started out well, delivery fraught with mistakes Purchased a CPO A4 from here. Before sale was confirmed with our deposit the service was good, sales staff (Tim and Joe) were patient and friendly and Purchased a CPO A4 from here. Before sale was confirmed with our deposit the service was good, sales staff (Tim and Joe) were patient and friendly and tried to answer my MANY questions. After deposit was provided service went downhill fast. Pros: -friendly pre-sales, good about test drives, low-pressure -fast and straightforward financing process Cons: -dealership pulled new ownership docs for both our existing vehicles even though we agreed to only trade-in one vehicle and charged me the $28 fee for this unnecessary "service" even though I brought the original ownership docs when signing the deal the week before -they screwed up paperwork and assigned the plate from the vehicle we were NOT trading-in to our CPO car. If I hadn't noticed this while reviewing the paperwork at delivery, we would have been driving with BOTH of our vehicles improperly plated/registered and could have been fined if pulled over. We had to wait roughly 2 hours while they sent someone scrambling back to the MTO to correct this. No apology was offered for this massive mistake as Tim had already left for the day and one of our delivery specialists had another appointment when the error was discovered. -CPO checklist, despite being used to justify the high asking price, was inconsistent with vehicle features and not completely filled out -tow hook was missing on delivery and I had to point this out to get one -delivery specialists did not know much about our car and tried to demo features we didn't have I sent emails to the dealership last week describing my experience and have only received the (paraphrased) response "Thank you for your feedback." I don't think anyone actually read my emails. More

I found my Sales Consultant, Ozair (Oz) Naveed, extremely cooperative, professional and very knowledgable about Audi products. He gave me comparison of features offered by various models and price structure. I changed my mind several time during the course of sales and he showed patience and continued to act professionally and in a courteous manner. I also found Delivery Manager, Eugene Roman, very thorough, helpful and courteous. I must also note that this is the first time a dealership has returned to me old license plates. Finally, this was the sixth dealership with whom I have dealt with so far, and the best one. I will gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More
