In addition to that, this service consultant Tiffany Howe made me feel like a pest calling all the time asking for an update. First of all, it is my car and i will call whenever i feel like it. I received an annoying call from her asking about details on a voice message i left to service where i was asking when that "tool" audi is waiting for to do the 2nd adaptive road rest came in. She said that i left her a message and i said something that made her feel she isnt providing me an update and that she isnt doing her job and she wanted to clarify if there is a confusion. In short she is complaining at me for leaving a mssg. Id like to clarify that i left several mssgs to SERVICE that night and no one was returning my call on that particular night and day until this guy Adi Ng called and i was asking abt the tool because we needed to know if we have to buy another car seat which we ended up doing anyways (and i think Audi should be paying me) since the wedding event is saturday and its already thursday and audi is not sure if my car can be returned. Ive never had any issues with Andrea or Brandie in the past. I do not think Tiffany has an idea what customer service excellence means and i would never want to deal with this person again! More
