First off dropped my Q7 and everyone was nice and friendly. Then all down hill. The loaner Q5 was dirty in and out, not washed. Then time for picking up my Q7 and the told me to come in an hour so th friendly. Then all down hill. The loaner Q5 was dirty in and out, not washed. Then I had to go find my Q7 myself and it was parked rear of building behind cars, had no help nor any service. Worst service ever experienced. More
