Ca Bought a 2011 S4 on May 23 2015 with CPO 300 point inspection (31702 kms on the car). I was clearly told by the sales person that the car was mint. Car broke 2nd day I owned it and I had to fight with Uptown Audi to give me a free rental car. Got the car back and I noticed a wheel bearing noise from the front end. At less than 10000 kms into owning the car, Uptown Audi refused to repair both wheel bearing and instead offered to fix only 1 wheel bearing. Took the car back to Uptown Audi and the mechanic said he could not hear the second wheel bearing noise. I went for a drive with the mechanic and than he heard the noise. This car has less than 10000 kms since my original purchase and Uptown Audi refuses to fix the same wheel bearing noise that has been there since the day of purchase. All I can say is Uptown Audi will never see my business again. Terrible, terrible company. I will be contacting OMVIC in regard to Uptown Audi. More

And then was charged even more money to take home another broken car. Dishonest dealers: that original car has now been passed off to some other poor sucker. Avoid at all costs. I would have rated "friendliness" higher, but it's more akin to getting slimed. The service department people are genuinely nice though. More

The warranty for our car states that it covers 80,000 KM, or 4 yrs which until August 2015, whichever comes first. Our car only has a mileage of 46,000 so we were covered under the warranty period. Brought the car into the dealership, in which we were told that even though we were under the warranty timeframe, they could not fix this major problem due to "outside influences". Instead of them taking the initiative to contact Audi Canada for help, they put that responsibility on us, the customers instead. After months of debating and calling, they finally agreed to fix our passenger side headlight. In the midst of fixing, they found out our driver side had the same problem developing, but once again refused to fix that, up to this day. This is completely ridiculous, as they should have helped us fix this huge issue without any hesitation. Furthermore, the service that we received from Jack Kassabian , Mark Wong and Denise from AUDI CANADA were mediocre at best, and was rude all around, making our visit and experience here very un enjoyable. We would recommend you to do your best to avoid this dealership and the brand “AUDI “ at all costs. More

I've always brought my car there and had perfect service - everything is done exactly as promised, on time and for what I expected it to cost. I've taken it there for all the scheduled maintenance, and thankfully never had any problems with my car. Recently I took the car in for a strange noise without an appointment. Mark made time for me, we went out to listen to it, I was prepared for the worst. It turned out to be something simple, they fixed the problem for no charge and still gave my car a wash! Since they really went the extra mile I wanted to write a review to say "thank you" for taking such great care of me and my A4. More
Hello, I thought it important to take this Hello, I thought it important to take this opportunity to share my experience at Audi Uptown. My Audi experience began several Hello, I thought it important to take this opportunity to share my experience at Audi Uptown. My Audi experience began several years ago when I went out to buy my first Audi. I was wearing a hawaiian shirt, shorts and flip flops . I went to a couple of dealerships and to be honest no one would bother with me (must of had something to do with the way I was dressed). I then walked into Audi Uptown and that all changed. The place was booming with energy. I was promptly approached by the General Manager (Fred Marmugi ) who offered to help me with his full attention regardless of my appearance. This approachable yet professional attitiute is something that is seen within all of the individuals whom are associated with Audi Uptwon. This first experience is the reason why Audi Uptown stands apart from all the other dealerships and why I am now currently enjoying my third car puchased through this sales team (Darren Min, Scott Corbett and Pravin Rajagopal) who have all gone the extra mile to ensure all of my issues/concerns were addressed in a timely matter. The Service team Mark Wong and Andrew Nascimento reinforces the pure definition of "customer service". you are always greated with a smile and on a first name basis. Their effiiciency and committment to customer service is unparralelled. Nothing like I have even experienced with other dealerships. None of my concerns where ever seen as unreasonable or unachieveble I personally would like to that Fred Marmugi, Darren Min, Scott Corbitt, Pravin Rajagopal, Mark Wong and Andrew Nascimento for providing me with the optimal service which has made me a Audi customer for life. Thanks Brad Sandbrook More
Took my out of warranty A4 for a complimentary 30-point inspection and 6 months of roadside assistance. No issues came up other than a few recalled parts. Left with my engine light on, returned to get a tu inspection and 6 months of roadside assistance. No issues came up other than a few recalled parts. Left with my engine light on, returned to get a turbo error code, they turned it off and sent me home with a whistling noise from my dash. Will Sum told me "these things happen", I replied with "I bet it 'happens' a lot". When I asked him for a printout of the diagnostic prior to the engine light coming on he said "the system (computer) won't print it", right. He was very dry and not very caring at all, told me its because my car has high mileage (240k), told him I've never had a problem until Audi uptown. On the plus side Paul from their garage was a breath of fresh air, extremely kind and genuine. Went on a drive with me to help diagnose the issue, I could tell he cared. Found out he had the same car with 300k on it. If you go there, stay away from Will Sum. Paul, you're awesome! Sincerely, High mileage A4 More

Got an A4 for my daughter, bought a new A8 for myself. First, the A8 is the best car I've ever had. They treated me like a king and made the whole process absolutely painless. Not been in for service yet, but they have followed up with me already. My daughter had a small issue with her A4, it was quickly dealt with and they answered all her questions respectfully. If you decide on an Audi, you owe them a visit, forget the leasing company - better to go direct. More
I've bought a number of Audi's from Uptown Audi and have been very happy with both their Sales and Service. I've been to all of the local dealers in the GTA over the years and have found it easiest to do business at Uptown. Stephen is always conscientious of my requirements - i.e. helping me locate vehicles/getting me the information I need if he doesn't have the answer/etc. He is always 'happy to help' and his management team is friendly as well. Uptown is always willing to give a great deal as well which ultimately makes this the best dealership for me! More
I can't say enough about Fred and his team at Audi Uptown. I've purchased many new cars in my life, and I can't recall having a better experience. I shopped at one other dealership, but didn't get nea Uptown. I've purchased many new cars in my life, and I can't recall having a better experience. I shopped at one other dealership, but didn't get nearly the level of service or responsiveness. Since my purchase, I've not become a "forgotten" customer, to the contrary, they are very focused on keeping me happy and it's obvious why, they want my return business. Without making any promises, I can't see why I would't buy another Audi from them. I've got an A4 Premium, my service experience has been impeccable. They tell me what the charges will be in advance, they don't push anything on me (although I did purchase Audi Care which I highly recommend to anyone else, it saves money and headaches.) The only reason they didn't get all "5's" (I gave them a 4 on price) was because everyone wants to pay less, but I'm certainly satisfied with the value I've received both in terms of the car and the ownership. They are great to deal with! More
I went in with my family ready to buy. My salesperson turned out to be out on holidays and not back until the following week. I asked one of the other salespeople if we could speak with the sales manager turned out to be out on holidays and not back until the following week. I asked one of the other salespeople if we could speak with the sales manager because we really were ready to make the deal today. The sales manager refused to speak with us and told us to deal with another salesperson. Shocked, I stood there staring at my wife and child. The alternate salesperson offered to get the General Sales Manager, Fred Marmugi. I should mention at this point that there was only 1 other customer in the dealer. Fred was sitting at his desk, staring at his computer. He came out of his office and approached us. We introduced ourselves and told him that we were close on a deal but our salesperson was out of town so perhaps he could help us. He suggested we speak with another salesperson. He then lectured me on how they sell 1500 cars a year and he doesn't have time to deal with everyone directly. Again, I stood there in shock. I said, "wouldn't the sales rep have to come and see you to approve any pricing anyway?" He said, "Yes". He then told me that if your child has a problem at school you don't ask to see the principal, you ask to speak with the teacher. I told him, "when the teacher is away, I ask for the principal". That 'earned' us a way into his office. I knew at that point I would never buy a car there, but went in to see how far this would go. After a brief discussion I said to Fred, "thank you for making this an easy decision to leave". Very smugly he said "Enjoy your Audi". I told him I would--from Pfaff. Absolutely disgusting. If you read this Fred, remember, you only sell the cars, you don't own the company. Your job exists, because I exist, as your customer. More
