Damian Leung is a fabulous Audi Customer Representative.  He has not failed me when I needed assistance with my Q5, whether it involved coolant problems, tire deflation, advices, maintenance Representative.  He has not failed me when I needed assistance with my Q5, whether it involved coolant problems, tire deflation, advices, maintenance and service...  He is pro-active, one to take actions, provides recommendations and instructions on what steps to take, and guide me to that point.  These are valuable assets for me as a female client.  He also looks out on my best interest.  My next car would have been a BMW, but if Damian continues to be at Uptown Audi, it will definitely be another Audi.  I do hope you will share similar great customer experience and satisfaction with Damien Leung as I have. But our experience at Mississauga branch went horrible so we choose to go ti Uptown branch hoping Mississauga and we went to Audi Mississauga first.
