I was so close to giving a 5-star rating, but the only thing that put me off was when they were helping us set up the myAudi account and app. There wasn't much explanation about how this account would imp thing that put me off was when they were helping us set up the myAudi account and app. There wasn't much explanation about how this account would impact the rest of the experience. I'm a bit of a tech nerd, so after the account was set up, I was disappointed by how it affected my experience with using the MMI. The new car is shared between my husband and me, so having a clear profile in the car for our settings and personalization is a guilty pleasure. It would have been better to have a deeper understanding of this account, rather than simply accepting the terms, entering the password, clicking "next" on the screen, and being done. On the other hand, the demonstration and purchasing process were incredible! Thanks to David, Tony, and Anna for their honest and efficient communication. More
