Very poor service department Had a break down on my 6 month old Audi Q5, when calling Audi service was put on hold for 10mins with no apology. Left 2 messages with the service man Had a break down on my 6 month old Audi Q5, when calling Audi service was put on hold for 10mins with no apology. Left 2 messages with the service manager and no call back even 2 days later. Had to call the sales person Bogdan (very good customer service) to get some assistance. Wrote an email to the General Manager, got a reply the following day. The email had no greetings, just began with the names!! And was making excuses more than anything else. They keep putting the same new service person on the line inspite of acknowledging that he is new!! The service manager seems to be hiding behind this poor new guy. More
Went in for a simple service and technician damaged car! Went in for the first time to have a safety done on my car which I purchased used in mint condition - not a scratch on it. Got a all hours later saying car is in perfect condition but technician crashed the front bumper coming out of car wash. What!!! Ok it happens - they gave me a loaner and had my at back to me in a few days however no compensation in anyway for the inconvenience and damage to my car - paid for the safety in fact because apparently you have too! No manager apologizing or credit for next service - nothing. As far as customer service goes - my rep was nice enough but um you crashed my car! Disappointed with the follow up given what happened. More

Farhan and Ben (the apprentice) went out of their way to inspect the car in the parking lot, on a very cold and rainy day. They spent almost an hour helping me, even though Ben's shift was over that day. There was no charge other than a new licence plate frame that I required, which was replaced by the gentlemen immediately. This wasn't only quality service but an act of kindness. They could have easily brushed me off and told me to just book an appointment. However, they alleviated my worries immediately. No problems with my car since. More

She promptly emailed me back later in day as requested to inform me that the A8 was ready for pick. There was no hard sell just courtesy and accommodation. Adam listened to what I wanted and then did whatever he could to meet my needs. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Adam and Audi Queensway. Adam really went above and beyond. I met many salespeople at many different dealerships in my search and the service at Audi was by far the best. More
