The worst service experience in 35 years. Abysmal service and communication. Arrogant advisors. They are clearly overwhelmed and don’t see to care. Wasn’t offered alternative transportation. Even over the weekend. They even tell you that they don’t have the staff to perform some repairs or checks (infotainment system). You have to wait weeks for them to be able to take your car in. 4-6 weeks minimum. More
It takes between a half hour to a hour to get someone to answer the phone and generally they are not located at the dealership. No one calls you back including multiple calls to the service manager. The phone system that prompts you to leave your phone number for a call back doesn’t work. I had to go four times to get the same issue finally fixed. No one mentions that they had your vehicle for days and didn’t do anything. Absolutely atrocious dealership and no one cares! Fat cats for sure. More

Oil change and filter 3. Diagnostic ( full car diagnostic) NOT DONE After 7 business days of this mainor work on my car i pay $1016 . I allready check taming for all this work at diferent dealers, its ONE day of work . More

Terrible service and incompetence from service department. Especially service manager. Had to get my vehicle towed to another dealership to get service. Took my car in at 7:30am emergency light on coolant drained. They wouldn't look at it, no diagnostics guys in. Monday came and went, got a text from my supposed service rep thatdidn't answer the phone. drained. They wouldn't look at it, no diagnostics guys in. Completely unacceptable. Canadian tire would be better. More
I brought in my car because the windows automatically went up after I put my top down and they went down when I put my top up - the opposite of what was supposed to happen. Audi spent a couple of days p went up after I put my top down and they went down when I put my top up - the opposite of what was supposed to happen.
