From the start, Izzi Ahmad rushed the entire sales process, pressuring me to sign off without giving me time to ask questions or fully understand the deal. Worse, he clearly lacked any in-depth knowle process, pressuring me to sign off without giving me time to ask questions or fully understand the deal. Worse, he clearly lacked any in-depth knowledge about the Audi RS5; he fumbled through basic features, performance specs, and even model comparisons, making me wonder how he’s qualified to sell premium vehicles like this. It felt like he was more interested in closing the sale quickly than ensuring I was informed and satisfied. The real kicker came post-purchase when I discovered he'd personally installed the front license plate bracket by drilling multiple holes into the honeycomb grille—a sloppy, unauthorized modification that damaged a key OEM part and devalued my car. When confronted, he lied outright, claiming Audi drills these at the factory for Ontario plates (spoiler: they don't, as per official docs) and evasively said he "couldn't recall" the extra holes. This manipulative deflection was the final straw—it's dishonest, unethical, and erodes all trust in the dealership. If you're shopping here, steer clear of Izzi Ahmad at all costs. His incompetence, rush tactics, and willingness to lie make him unfit for the role. The dealership needs to address this before more customers walk away disillusioned. One star, —Audi deserves better representation. More

They tried canceling it and giving me back the money and after 2 weeks of being completely ignored by their entire staff I had no choice but to hire a lawyer and finally Chris Lang replied saying he was too busy. They don't respect people's time. They don't have respect for themselves to behave in such a dishonorable disgusting manner. It's all about money. No attention to customer care or integrity More

I was going to buy a car, and the salesman told me the only problem with the car was a tiny crack in the windshield. He pressured me to sign the papers, and not even 30 minutes later, while I was driving the car, the temperature reached 120°C — which is not normal. The car could have exploded, and it stopped in the middle of the highway. I had to go to a mechanic, and they told me the entire engine had to be replaced. The head gasket was blown, the oil pump was broken, the thermostat was broken, and the water pump was also broken. The repair would cost $9,000, and I only bought the car for $8,000. Never buy from Audi Queensway. This is a very bad place to buy a car. I would never buy from them again. I’m warning you all. NEVER buy from Seyed Amirh Zarghami. He caused this entire problem. I will never forgive him for what he did. He made me waste $8,000 for nothing — for a car that had to be junked 30 minutes after I bought it. Seyed Amirh Zarghami pressured me to buy the car because he knew there was a serious problem with it but didn’t disclose it. The check engine light had been turned off. My mechanic told me there were over 3 engine codes that had been cleared using a diagnostic tool — so the issues were hidden before I bought it. It’s possible the odometer was tampered with too. He told us it was “sold as-is,” but when I signed the papers, no one clearly explained that the car had this many problems. They only said the windshield had a small crack. Because it was sold “as-is,” I now have no way to get my money back or fix the car. I even called the manager, but they refused to answer. They knew there was a serious issue with the car and avoided me. ⸻ Seyed Amirh Zarghami, I will be taking legal action against you and your team. Stay tuned. More
I've been a car owner for more than fifty years. I can say unequivocally, that the best experience I've encountered in a service department, occurred at the Queensway dealership. In particular, Li I can say unequivocally, that the best experience I've encountered in a service department, occurred at the Queensway dealership. In particular, Linda Shamana was instrumental in coordinating the service. Linda is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and her ability to communicate is beyond reproach. It was a please dealing with Linda and her colleagues and Queensway Audi. Paul Dennis More
We had booked an appointment on Thursday to look at a previously owned VW Jetta on Saturday. The appointment was at 1:30pm for which we arrived 5 mins early. They sold the car to a walk in that morning previously owned VW Jetta on Saturday. The appointment was at 1:30pm for which we arrived 5 mins early. They sold the car to a walk in that morning - without even telling us or giving us a chance to see, or equal the bid on the car. Not about the client, all about the cash! Bought a Used Car, on the promise that they will fix the minor paint scratches and dings. They touched up the paint without removing Dings and promised to talk to manager when I went to pickup the car. Now minor paint scratches and dings. They touched up the paint without removing Dings and promised to talk to manager when I went to pickup the car. Now they are just unwilling to fix the dings. I will have to get the repair done from 3rd party. It was supposed to be part of agreement. More
