I asked my sales guy how much can I put towards my car from my credit card and he said 5k, I put down 1k and was thinking to put another 4K later. The deal was finalized and the Sales Manager RICO asked me to put down another 1k for them to get the car ready and I agreed, he sent an email to Kinaz the sales guy to call me and ask for another 1k, instead of calling me he sent an email to Rico saying I will do another 4K on my visa, I asked a question but never agreed to put 4K saying I will do another4k on my visa found very unprofessional, I was waiting for them to charge on my credit and then was going to ask how did you do that without my consent but they didn’t so that was okay. After the deal was finalized, neither Rico nor Kinaz called me or texted me, they were calling me crazy before I put down the money. I was waiting for them to give me a green light on when the car would be ready so that I can book my flight to pick up my car as I am from Winnipeg but no calls, instead I ended up paying $400 for one way ticket, why do they care I guess, they sold the car and onto the next one. So I went there to get the car, already received bill of sale and there was just 5% tax added on it, confirm with Rico and he said you pay what you see and I was okay with that as I was going to pay pst in manitoba. Got the car and Kinaz asked to wait for the manager as he wants to say good bye and say thank you for our business, we did not ask any of that. We waited for 10 minutes, no one showed up, Kinaz went to get the manager and waited for another 10 minutes and no one showed up. Ended up leaving after 25 minutes of wait, I initially did not want to be disrespectful of Kinaz’s request to see the manager, manager was not Rico but someone else, he was not there that day. I found this to be very very disrespectful, they did not even care about our time and let us wait there for 25 minutes because they want to say good bye, wow. After I came back to Winnipeg, got a call from Kinaz that they should have charged 13% tax instead of 5, at that time I had already registered my car in Manitoba and paid the taxes, he requested if I can show the receipt of taxes so that they can put it in their system and I agreed that will send it to him. Later Rico called me and started asking for the extra 8% money. I said I already paid for that in manitoba but he said I still owe them 8% and threatened me that if I don’t pay he is going to put a lien on my car for $2100. I guess they had the car serial numbers and they were ready to screw me over their mistake. I could not figure out how can you threaten your own customer for the mistakes you made. I found the whole scenario to be very very unprofessional and would suggest everyone to stay away from Audi oakville. I had the worst experience of my life. More

I forgot my phone vharger and my phone was nearly dead, they checked around and found a charger for me and set me up. Could not have had a better experience with the service department. More
Never heard anything like that anyone said to me. WORST I got a quote from another dealer, but this one was close home. So I talked to the sales consultant about the price I want to pay as the other dealer I got a quote from another dealer, but this one was close home. So I talked to the sales consultant about the price I want to pay as the other dealer already quoted me for that price. I said I want to purchase here because it is close home. Then the sales manager came and said to my face like he hated me so much and rudely : "TELL ME WHY WOULD I GIVE YOU DISCOUNT?" I was stunned, as no dealer would say that to a potential customer. I said you don't have to, I just bring it up in case you want my deal." I walked away.... Eventually get the car from another dealership that doubled the discount I asked for at Oakville Audi.. The sales manager should not be in this industry. More

I have an older Audi A6 from the C5 platform, and the techs at this dealership appear completely clueless and incompetent when it comes to older Audi vehicles. I had an engine check light on and got a diagnostic. Revealed that I needed a new oxygen sensor and an oil level sensor and to clear a purge flow valve. They did replace the oil level sensor and complete the oil change fine and clear the purge flow valve. However, for the O2 sensor, I was first told they did not have the correct VAG tools necessary to replace the sensor after waiting 3 hours and was told to come back another day. Then when I came back and they installed the O2 sensor, I was told by one of the techs, after the work was done, that they had to order a genuine Audi sensor, as they had used an aftermarket sensor and a new engine code had come up for the sensor which required further diagnosis as the service tech did not know what it meant. As anyone who brings their vehicle to the dealership and pays a premium to have their vehicle serviced there, I was expecting that all the parts used would be original genuine Audi parts, at no point was I asked or told that an aftermarket part was being used. They asked me to book another service appointment to install a genuine Audi O2 sensor and to further diagnose the new sensor code. This would be a separate cost after already paying $578 before taxes for the incorrect aftermarket O2 sensor part and labour to have it installed. I would have to pay another $578 for a new O2 sensor and the labour and even more for further diagnosis on the new code they had caused by installing the wrong part. I later looked up the part number for the O2 sensor from the invoice that was installed and found out that it was not even compatible for my vehicle or any other A6. It was for some specific A4 vehicles only. I also noticed, by looking up one of the part numbers they put on the invoice, that they charged me $120 for some brake part that I never requested and was not installed. After that I have never and will never return to Audi Oakville for service. I bought an OBD scanner myself and the code that they said was there that needed further diagnosis was not present, instead the same codes that were first present were still there. Dishonest business practices only looking for money. While installing the wrong sensor could have been a mistake, charging me for a non-existent part and re-charging me to install the correct sensor is just wrong. I have since taken my vehicle to Audi Queensway and the difference is night and day. From what I have seen, the techs work a lot better and are a lot more knowledgeable, especially with older Audi's as compared to Oakville, you can strike up a conversation with them and they know what they are talking about. They are friendly as are the service advisers and the parts department is great too. The Oakville Audi parts department, on two separate occasions, were not helpful at all in assisting me with parts. They refused to give out part numbers or specific information that would allow me to source the parts myself and see exactly which options were installed for my specific vehicle based on the VIN. The parts department at Audi Queensway has always been helpful with providing me this information. Audi Queensway also charges me $150 for an oil and filter change, whereas at Audi Oakville, it was $180. I also received an Audi inspection sheet that is supposed to come standard with Audi oil changes however I was never given this at Audi Oakville. Audi Queensway also provide an interior and exterior wash whereas at Audi Oakville I would only get an exterior wash. The rewards program is also fantastic at Audi Queensway. If you do not have a current gen Audi that is still under the dealer warranty, do not take it here, they don't know what they are doing and the service advisers will lie to your face. Either way I still highly recommend Audi Queensway, you can't go wrong with them. If for whatever reason you still service your Audi at Oakville, always check the invoice, and google the part numbers that they use to make sure they are using genuine parts and that they are not charging you for parts you never asked for or needed. Save yourself from time, money and lies. Take your Audi to Queensway or find a reputable independent Audi mechanic, there are a few in the GTA. More
