I was put in touch with David Jervis who said that they had one in stock but he would need to check with the manager to confirm if it was ok for us to take it for a test drive. He called back as promised and indicated the time to come by the dealership. We arrived at the dealership at the appointed time (including spouse and 2 young kids) and he began to show us the car. He asked if, after the test drive, we would be ordering the car today to which I answered no, we would be making our decision within the month but had other cars we wanted to evaluate. He then said that he needed to see if his manager would grant us permission to test drive the car (even though he had already asked for permission and we had made no promises at that time that we were going to make a purchase decision today). After waiting outside for 5 minutes with the kids we concluded that we would not do business with this dealership under any circumstances and departed. Don't do business with dishonest people. More
Worst experience ever! I got S4 2015 from Audi Centre Oakville. I have the worst experience with such car dealer in Canada. The service people are ignorant and rude. They do not respond to customers in a proper way. Due to car misalignment, I lost my car's four tires. There tires are very expensive as they are performance tires. The dealer did not check the car alignment at the very first service. Any dealer does comprehensive check up on the very first service except Audi. Due to the misalignment, tires had toe worn and I had to replace them in just about 8 months. I became aware when I went to install the winter tires. The technician there refused to install the winter tires until I got my car inspected by the dealer. because I had the 4 tires worn. I reported the issue to Audi Centre Oakville and simply the service guy and their CFO washed their hands and pushed back the issue to me blaming me because I did not tell them that my car needs alignment!!!! They even pushed me to continental tires asking me to deal with their tires vendor. The service agent when I first talked to him, he informed that there is an issue with the 2015 S4s they received similar complaints from other customers. I escalated the issue to Audi Canada since 2 weeks (mid December) and so far no response. I followed up with the customer relation agent and her answer was " we are so busy and we are yet to get to your case" despite promising me to investigate within 24-48 hours. I spoke to two agents but with no success. The agent simply pushed back to the dealer and she asked me to deal with the dealer myself despite knowing the fact that the dealer denied any responsibility of the misalignment. I was frustrated and told the agent that it looks like Audi does not care about customers. I told her I am supposed to be driving a high performance luxury car, she said this is no more our car, it YOUR CAR!!!. Apparently, they don't care about the brand image. Unilke, BMW I have a BMW 2012 and since I bought it I service it at the dealer. I never had any issue. BMW cares about the brand and cares about the customers. really completely different experience. I am still waiting on the investigation to start and so far no response neither from Audi Centre Oakville or Audi Canada Even on service, Audi Centre unlike other dealers does not provide loaner. I installed 3M stone guard on the car 6 months ago. The guard on the left fender started to peel. I talked to the CFO, she arranged for a service appointment to redo the 3M. I asked for a car loaner, she refused and said they do not provide car loaners for such issue. They provide car loaners for service only!!! So I am the customer who suffered bad stone guard installation by Audi and also i have to pay for transportation during the time of fixing my car!!! What a heck of service?!!!! I wish I did not get an Audi and definitely this will be my first and last Audi More

Afterward he thoroughly explained all of the colour combinations and available options. The finance person was very thorough as well, explaining all the available extended warranties and protections. Unlike other luxury car dealerships I have dealt with there was no pressure to decide then and there. The salesman followed up several times to advise on the car's status in production and transportation, and the car arrived right on schedule. Prior to delivery the finance person called to review the warranty and protection plans one more time before I made my decision. The salesman picked me up on the delivery date, and gave me a thourough tutorial prior to my departure. He called a few days later to see if I had any questions, and invited me to come back to the dealership any time if I had any further questions. All in all a very pleasant experience, and all of my questions were addressed professionally. More
