Today’s service was handled well and politely. My service person, Jakub, was great. The problem is that I now have to come back to deal with dangerous misinformation in the sale of and applicatio My service person, Jakub, was great. I am not happy about this and the inconvenience is aggravating as well. Jakub got a technician to explain the situation and problem. In addition, I absolutely want this dealt with immediately when I come in!!!!!!!! More

1- I had summer tires stored at dealership. However, at delivery, rims were damaged (paint finishing and scratches). I purchased the tire storage as I was advised the tires were going to be t However, at delivery, rims were damaged (paint finishing and scratches). I purchased the tire storage as I was advised the tires were going to be treated carefully guaranteeing no damages whatsoever. I spoke with Chris Sawczuk (Assistant Service Manager) whom kindly took care of having the rims refinished next day. I appreciate the customer attention to repair the damages -at no cost-, however, it would have been even better not having received the rims damaged at all. Quality assurance requires improvement in this regard. 2- Loaner q3 provided by rental company was dirty; interior (dashboard, screens, seats, carpet) had not been cleaned/sanitized nor dust removed in long time. Something not expected from an Audi dealership, so, this is another area for improvement. More
