Very disappointing service and treatment from the service advisor. From the outset, he did not answer my questions adequately and tried to charge me for pretty much anything I inquired about. He even tried advisor. From the outset, he did not answer my questions adequately and tried to charge me for pretty much anything I inquired about. He even tried to charge me after the fact for the labour to check issues that were covered under the manufacturer's warranty! This is not how a customer should be treated. However, the service manager Chris quickly acknowledged and rectified all the issues and was great to deal with. He even gave me his direct contact info and followed up with me directly as promised. Unfortunately, Chris should not have had to get involved and the front line service advisors need to be much better. Barely one star rating prior to Chris getting involved, but gave 3 stars overall only because of Chris' efforts. Well done Chris, this is how service at Audi should be from the start. More
