The vehicle I was purchasing was a 2022 Macan which they had just taken in on trade When I saw the vehicle I knew it was the right choice. Despite having an appointment, I car here for service over the past five years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently frustrating. Despite having an appointment, I always end up waiting at least two days for the service to be completed. The response is always the same: "Our shop is very busy today." This seems to be a recurring issue, not just a one-time occurrence. Perhaps it's time for the dealership to align their service capacity with the volume of vehicles they sell. Customers deserve timely and reliable service—especially when appointments are scheduled in advance. More
