We had just about decided on a Q5 when we entered the dealership, but Conrad listened to our requirements and we put together the perfect combination of features. There was no up-sell, and when sales staff are attentive, natural and not pushy, it makes a world of difference to the experience. We also got a very fair trade on our previous SUV. Conrad was great at keeping us in the loop and responding to emails during the brief wait we had for delivery. Post delivery interaction with Conrad has been great and attention to detail impressive. I told Conrad that if we didn't make a deal in 45 minutes I was walking. I set out what I wanted and had a price set for myself. In less that 45 minutes I was signing my sales contract. Conrad listens to the customer and delivers what he/she wants. I never got any sales pitches or up sales from him. I found him to be honest, courteous and completely up front with me.
