My first Audi I had the pleasure of working with both Ben and Andrea on the purchase of my car. Ben was great and very upfront on everything. When I went in consid I had the pleasure of working with both Ben and Andrea on the purchase of my car. Ben was great and very upfront on everything. When I went in considering both an A4 and Q5, Ben was great in advising on timing/availability based on my timing. He spent the time walking through all the features then I was off for a test drive. Once back he showed me two vehicles on the lot that fit everything I wanted in my A4. The deal was done the next day. The best part of the experience was the extended warranty part! Kudos to Kitchener Audi for not bringing this up during my time at the dealership. It was sent after I signed which allowed my to take my time and do the research on what i needed and wanted here. No pressure at all. I'm sure this contributed to me deciding on the top package offered too. Even in picking up the vehicle, Jeremiah helped get my myaudi.com account setup without being asked which helped to speed up the entire process.
