My First Audi Experience I personally did a lot of research online on different brands and models before going into the dealers for test drives and quotes but I basically knew I personally did a lot of research online on different brands and models before going into the dealers for test drives and quotes but I basically knew what I wanted. After doing my research over a couple months I landed on the Audi A4, so they were going to be my first stop but I had every intention of still getting quotes from others like BMW. After going into the dealer and completing a couple test drives with Mark Sharratt , I knew I was going to be happy with this car. We were able to make a deal right away. I drove out with my new vehicle the next week as they had to bring in what I wanted. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and I most likely will continue to be a customer for a very long time. It was also nice to give Mark his first new car sale at Audi :) I also spent some time with Andrea Douglas from Fiance and she was extremely helpful. I would recommend to friends. More

Excellent All-Around I recently just purchased my second CPO vehicle in 2.5 years from Audi KW. I bought a CPO A4 and then upgraded to the S4. I have only good things to say about every aspect of this dealership. Ben Hoang sold both vehicles to me and he is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable as he is also an Audi enthusiast. Throughout my two purchases, I have dealt with managers Deon Van Der Watt, and Taylor Moffit and they were also an integral part of the positive purchasing experience. I had a couple of repairs required on the A4, but they were covered under the CPO warranty. With that, the service department (Steve Hummel) is also outstanding. I live an hour away and have two other Audi dealerships near my residence, but I go out of my way to do business at Audi KW. More

Amazing Customer Service! I called Maddie when a check engine light came on. She gave me a list of possible causes and what to do to rule out something trivial. Needless to say I called Maddie when a check engine light came on. She gave me a list of possible causes and what to do to rule out something trivial. Needless to say, my light went off and it saved me from making the 1 hour trek to the service center for nothing, (which would have upset me greatly). I dealt with BMW before I bought my Q5, and their service center is the reason i will never buy another BMW!! Maddie is a gem, and I look forward to seeing her at my next service appointment! It's nice to see that there are people that know there jobs inside and out and truly care about providing the best customer service out there!! Thanks again Maddie!! More
