Dealership is way overrated. Called about rust warranty and they had me do their paperwork and gave me unrealistic turn around times. VW Waterloo and other Audi dealerships have their rust specialists fill and they had me do their paperwork and gave me unrealistic turn around times. VW Waterloo and other Audi dealerships have their rust specialists fill out the inspection paper work and bring you in for inspection within weeks. This dealership wants you to do their job for them and fill out their paperwork and then bring you in 2 months later to just do the inspection, and have you wait another 2 months for approval. Their proceas is obviously not on par with every other VW Audi dealer. Out of curioisity, apart from my superb experience with VW Waterloo, I called around Audi Oakville could bring me in next day for inspection and Audi of Hamilton same week. I also asked to forward my feedback to upper management and they just ignored my email. More
