However with the new dealership came all new staff and a great experience. Danielle sold me my A4 and she was just incredible. She knows her stuff. She did everything she could to get me in my dream car. With the help of Jeremy and Leslie I was able to drive away with my new A4, nothing but pleased with the service and the final result. I can promise you I will never ever be returning there to have my vehicle serviced and I would rather drive to Newmarket or Toronto. I will for sure be spreading the news to my other friends about the horrible experince at this dealership. I can't believe how they treat people I can only imagine how their employees are treated. Until there are changes I will not be going back. Zoe is not in the right job to be dealing with public. Maybe a change would do that dealership good. More

He uses all of the tricks to get customers to pay more than they should. I would avoid this place at all costs. Unfortunately I did not check out the reviews before buying from them. If I knew then what I know now then I would not have visited this dealership. I assumed that Audi would be more selective of who represents their product but this is not the case. The manager should be fired. Reading the other reviews on this site I am now very hesitant to take my car back for anything. The old location of this dealership had a ton of problems, so far this one is not getting started on a good foot. It's sad to see they they resort to trickery in order to make a higher margin not realizing that you lose more than 1 customer by doing so. More

I had 2 other similarly priced choices at other dealers but Keegan and his sales mana Found a well priced used Subaru on Auto trader and came to view. I had 2 other similarly priced choices at other dealers but Keegan and his sales manager were friendly and went the distance to offer me a fair trade in value on my newer Honda thru an affiliated Honda dealer. Their trade offer was significantly higher than other dealers I approached and this sealed the deal. Also the car had not been fully detailed yet, so they allowed me a better deal upon my request to complete the work myself. All in all a friendly, straight forward, accommodating and fair transaction that stood out from other dealers I had contacted. More
