I’m happy with the diagnostic abilities of Audi Barrie’s service department. I think this is one of the most important qualities to have in a professional; mechanic, doctor, lawyer, etc. I have a 2012 di service department. I think this is one of the most important qualities to have in a professional; mechanic, doctor, lawyer, etc. I have a 2012 diesel Q7 that had a DEF fluid problem that was incorrectly diagnosed at another Audi dealer who recommended a $1,500 “solution” that didn’t make sense. I talked to Richard in Service who had a different opinion based on his experience which made much more sense so I towed it up to Barrie. They looked at it. The problem was as Richard expected and it was fixed under warranty. I don’t know whether the work recommended by the other dealer would have even fixed the problem. Richard’s experience saved me $1,500 and maybe more! I’ve never met him, but I’m happy with his ability. So the work someone doesn’t do can be as important as what they do. More

Thrilled with our new Audi Q3! We are very happy with our new 2020 Audi Q3! We had to order our Q3 from factory in order to get the colour/trim level/options that we wanted but it We are very happy with our new 2020 Audi Q3! Matt was great to deal with, he worked hard to make sure we got the best price possible for our purchase and we were able to stay within our budget.
