Avoid service at all cost. You can’t trust them. I had regular service done about a year ago. A week later I encountered a ripped bot on my drive shaft. Stupid me I thought You can’t trust them. I had regular service done about a year ago. A week later I encountered a ripped bot on my drive shaft. Stupid me I thought it was regular wear and tear and got it replaced. Today I went for an oil change and guess what inspection discovered my other side now need replacing for same reason. Coincidence? Car has only 90k. Car went into dealership with clean rims I just washed it yesterday and came home with a-black greasy rim. Please avoid this dealership, they’re dishonest and crooks. Ryan the service manager was very unprofessional once I approached him of this coincidence and he told me to get the f**k out of his office. Really wow. Audi Canada will be getting a very lengthy email about this situation. They won’t be seeing me there ever again. More
