Incident 1: Bought a Hyundai Tucson from a private dealer, later found that Android Auto was not working, took the car to Attrell Hyundai as the car was under Hyundai warranty and the dealership was j dealer, later found that Android Auto was not working, took the car to Attrell Hyundai as the car was under Hyundai warranty and the dealership was just 2 kms from my place, they literally said they can't help if the vehicle is bought from a private dealer. After pushing that the vehicle is still under warranty and if they can't help, they should give in writing, they agreed to have a look but said that all three cables I had (2 used and 1 new) are faulty and said they can not check with any of their own cables. Later 401 Dixie Hyundai fixed the issue for me. Incident 2: There was a recall on my vehicle. I booked the appointment and went there. The team said that my booking is cancelled and I have to book another one for next availability. When I refused to return, the cancelled someone else's booking and addressed my car's recall. Clearly they are overbooking and cancelling without letting the customer know. Incident 3: The funniest thing, as the dealership was super close to my house, we chose this dealership to buy a new Hyundai Palisade from. When we went there and asked the sales guy that we want to know more details and have a look at the car, he replied why are you here and whatever you want to know is on the internet. When we said that internet doesn't tell the comfort and the drive experience, he said all the seat measurements and engine specs are mentioned in details. When we asked to see a car in physical, he said give us your number, we'll give you a call when we have a display car (it's almost 8 months and I am still waiting for the call). We went to 401 Dixie Hyundai to see the car and came out buying one. That tells the different attitude of two dealership. More

Had summeer tires installed in the spring. Asked for new windshield wipers...paid for them....and they were not changed..Streaking and chattering remain. . Recently we had some issues with the engine where the car was making strange sounds. I immediately went to the location and asked them for help. After first diagnostic, I was told that the engine indeed had some major issues (and might need replacement). However, they cannot replace it as the engine light was not ON. I was told to leave the car at the location for them to check and see when engine light is produced. This car is my daily driver so I asked for a replacement car to which there was no help at all. I was left with no option but to drive the car around until I get the engine light. A couple of days ago, while on highway, the engine light turned on and car gave a sudden push back. I immediately asked service desk to book an appointment. Despite the urgency of my situation, they replied that I'll still have to wait at least a week before they can run another diagnostic. When I asked the service desk person if Attrell Hyundai will be responsible if the car comes to a complete stop on highway, I was asked to try another location if its that urgent. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and total unprofessionalism displayed by the staff. The amount of inconvenience that I have faced for past couple of weeks has affected me greatly. I will not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle or get it serviced from this location. If any concerning authority from Hyundai is reading this review, please contact me immediately. More
