We bought our 2021 cx5 from these guys in June and when we traded in we had almost new winter tires on separate rims for winter, we were told in our negotiations that they would trade them 1 for 1 for tire we traded in we had almost new winter tires on separate rims for winter, we were told in our negotiations that they would trade them 1 for 1 for tires and rims on our new cx 5. I went today to change over my summer tires, after it being confirmed that they had my rims and tires. I did not get the 1 for 1 deal they said was in our contract and verbally agreed to multiple times. Instead they gave us cheap winter tires and no rims for that set. They bait and switched us. To top it off they didn't even ask me if I wanted the winter tires studded or not (which I did), which is impossible now since you can't stud tires after they've been driven. They didn't ask if I wanted to store my tires with them. My first clue shouldve been them not sending me my referral after convincing my friend to buy a brand new cx30, after I talked about how "great" they were with us. I guess it really is true all dealerships are scummy con artists. More

Considering the dealership in Fredericton told me 5 days ago that I needed new pads AND ROTORS which would have cost me an extra 250 or so, on top of the pads, I am glad I waited to have it looked at here in Moncton. I mentioned the rotors to them (here in Moncton) and they said they looked fine. This is the kind of treatment that makes you want to give more business to a dealership, even if they are 90 minutes away. Kudos! More
