After buying from Hawley for over 25 years we have now purchased a 2011 Terrain and 2014 Silverado from Applewood. When I met with Jeff on the December 30th and identified the specifications I wanted in a new Silverado; Jeff immediately indicated he would order a vehicle to meet my wishes and did not attempt to sell me something already in dealership stock. He and Vince also advised that if there were any favourable adjustments in pricing or interest rates when the new truck came in I would receive them. Jeff followed up immediately when I called and asked for the paint code for a hard toneaou cover I ordered through Cobra and called a couple of time to report on a potential delivery date. He also called during the Toronto Auto Show to ensure I attended and registered for the "Exclusive Autoshow $500.00 promotion. On delivery he helped us setup our phones for bluetooth operation and navigate through the various menus. Though we have obviously been a GM customers for a long time that loyality is premised more on the dealership and the support we have received from the people in it than a brand name. The transfer of our vehicle records from Hawley to Applewwod and your immediate follow up were very important to us. At Hawley we always dealt with one service writer and were always convident that our service needs would be handled in an optimum manner. We are please to report that we now have that same confidence in Adrian Smith. In a nut shell, for my wife and I, the people in a dealership mean much more than the brand name. Thus it is Jeff and Adrian who have made us very satified Applewood customers. Though we do not trade vehicle that frequently we will certainly look to buy from Jeff again.
