If you wanna buy a new vehicule there, don't hesitate to ask for the detail of the quotation. I went during a VIP event with my boyfriend. We were looking at the elantra (which we did buy, but not after a fair bit of bargaining) They said that since it's a VIP event, they had great deals, gifts and more. They even said we could have a TV, winter Tires and all the package. However we insisted on having the detail of the invoice and finally they were charging us 350$ for a 220$ tv (which you can buy at best buy - regular price (and they told us that tv was worth around 600$ in store.)) Also, they were charging us 750 for winter tires (Goodyear) because the free ones are not as good (but again, found around the same price elsewhere - Canadian Tire, so no real bargain here.)
Finally, just compare the online price of the vehicule to the one you are pruchasing. They told us they couldn't make any profit on the online price, but I am still asking myself why is that? Seems like they should get their prices right (online or offline.)
Anyways, this was my experience there. The vehicules are great, but even if the salesmen are friendly and seems to be showing you great deals, they can decrease there prices even more.
Finally, I just want to point out that while the negociation process for the vehicule hasn't been that great, financing and delivery of vehicule has been great. I would recommend this dealership for someone considering an hyundai, but don't hesitate to challenge their numbers and do your homeworks before buying there (Ex. print out the hyundai canada price for the vehicule, call a few car dealership and ask for their prices for accessories you would consider and most important of all, don't hesitate to try out more models and to walk out if the negociation doesn't go in the way you would have liked. You can always buy a Hyundai somewhere else if they can't accomodate you.)
