This place is the worst! I bought a car here in the winter and was unaware that the windows were leaky in the Pontiac G6 and I was unaware of this until the spring when it started to rain. they of cour winter and was unaware that the windows were leaky in the Pontiac G6 and I was unaware of this until the spring when it started to rain. they of course refused to do anything about it because they are not obligated to do so after 30 days. I stupidly bought a second car here and I need a replacement tires within a few months since I got awful off brand ones. They also quoted me an incorrect price and then tried to get me to pay more because of their mistake. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! More

Has been the most irritating experience i got a suv, picked it up middle of july 2019, 2 days later the engine light was on. Called over..no problem they say, bring it in...every couple of i got a suv, picked it up middle of july 2019, 2 days later the engine light was on. Called over..no problem they say, bring it in...every couple of days i would have to bring it in for the same thing. Finally they say ..it needs another part will take a month and 1/2 to get it...ok i say and i wait. Made arrangements to have it done, dropped it off left VM that the keys were above the visor, after a day at work i go to pick it up..oh we couldnt find the keys to do the job...&^*%( excuse me, did you listen to the VM's...ahh no they didnt. rescheduled a couple weeks later and they farmed the work out to another garage. Low and behold a week later the light came on again. This time i was told to take it to the dealership to get scanned. Dealership says they know exactly whats wrong and fixed it.....and this has all taken place within 6 months of me getting the vehicle....and now something else is wrong and it wont run. I have an extended warranty through 5 star...and refusing to use it. The overwhelming incompetence of their service garage is beyond the stratosphere. At first i thought..its a used car i am sure they checked it out before re-selling...if their garage did it, that explains alot. Not happy with this company and will never recommend buying a vehicle that uses subpar garage employees, You get what you paid for...not really I got less than what i paid for, and still paying...
