I would avoid this dealership at all costs. The staff don’t know what the words customer service are. Wanted to buy a car from them and they can’t even give me details about the car nor can the The staff don’t know what the words customer service are. Wanted to buy a car from them and they can’t even give me details about the car nor can they give me a ballpark idea what the car would need for a safety. In order to buy a car it would be pretty useful to know if it needs just brakes for a safety at a couple hundred dollars or a transmission at thousands. Clearly they don’t want to sell cars unless you can buy one without any questions because as soon as you ask questions they dodge the questions and just say it’s up to you to figure it out I’m sorry but am I the one selling the car or the customer buying it. Complete joke of a car dealership. Couldn’t recommend less. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. More
Put a deposit on a vehicle a week ago and have had the date for pick up changed three times already. Seems the back end team needs some work, shouldn’t take a week for a safety and licensing to get finish date for pick up changed three times already. As far as Sales Person I dealt with, Aaron was awesome and did everything he could to get things set up and rolling. Just sucks that their lack of urgency then goes back on the sales team that bust their butts to make people happy. More
My daughter bought her first car from this place and had numerous problems, had to get it towed back out of pocket from sarnia and now being ghosted when trying to call anyone on the matter. If I could give zero stars I would. All was great until the sales were final and the issues that were suppose to be fixed before we picked up our car were not fixed. No one would ever call us back. Not even a year later, more issues and still they don't care. We purchased two vehicles and both are not safe to drive. Worst car buying experience ever. More
I have never been treated worse. Lied to, gaslighted, made to feel like the issues I am having getting ahold of ppl since MARCH over and over and over again is my fault. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. You guys have made me cry, made me feel stupid and did not do what was promised without me begging and calling and emailing (which I find out now I had the wrong e-mail so I can let that part go) but come on. People are not made of money and life is hard as it is and for myself, I was so kind and tried my best to be for the past few months until today when I asked for the owner's information and was told Corbin was the main guy. Sure, for the service dept. but who is above him? I asked who paid his pay cheque and the guy being a smart a** said the accountant and they can't do anything for you.... OBVIOUSLY. I am not an idiot. He then finally said Larry and said there is NO WAY of contacting him. Pardon? Does this Larry guy not want to know how terrible some of his customers are being treated? Instead of turning things around on the customer and being defensive, try saying sorry. Do better 5 Star. It is not the customer's job to follow up 100 times because we are ghosted. I spoke to Hadi and he said to call back today and it was his day off... like he knew this and still said for me to reach out the next day. The guy who sold me the car did the same thing. Told me the car would be ready and to call the next day and he was off! Honesty would have gone a long way in this situation. There is much more to this situation but it is too much to list. Being told the deal went through, when it hadn't yet, being told the car was ready for pick up over and over again when it wasn't, being told the car would be clean and it was filthy and then take it in to be serviced and the air conditioning was fixed but the car was still filthy and the other small things were not done and I could not get my spare key back. Then today I was told if I wanted by key, why didn't I just come and get it? I am going in tomorrow for a "clean" and the other things I need done but I am not hopeful I will be treated with respect and that the job will be 100% done. Not happy. I absolutely HATE acting like a Karen but this has been a mess from the start. I hope this message is taking in as a learning experience and they can do better from here on on with their communication and own what they need to work on. More
Purchased a car 5 less than 4 months engine was blown. We got offered a loan to have it repaired. Dealership blames the way the car was driven, without any way to back this up. The car was driven by a person with disabilities only.... They will treat you great while they try and sell you a car but like dirt once you have a problem. Don't purchase there warranty it's just a joke and away for them to make money. I don't recommend anyone purchase car from them unless you want a 5 year loan and no car. More
