Our salesman was assume. But the issue was with the Sales Manager, Ryan Ferris. I was told one thing and then another by him. He was also slow at relying. Really messy and he made the experience not good,. Also, they never sent me the EDRS, but they said it was sent. We kept on them and received it by email a few weeks later. We pushed for it as to not miss our DMV appointment.
