Jackie Cooper Imports
"Nice people...crappy communication skills"

My first experience involve asking a Jackie cooper employee for the name of a sales person. The one he highly recommended never responded to my email or returned my voicemail. Odd business practice in this day and time. Then I asked for a price online and was responded to almost immediately. When I was on my way in, i was told my salesperson was Stan. He’s a super nice guy, but we did not communicate well together. We talked and he has done a super job since. Decided on a car, paid cash for it, drove it home...and discovered it emailed me an issue with the car during the purchase process. I did everything the car said to do...and the issue remained. I took it back to the shop and they replaced the battery. That evening and twice a day since, I’ve been notified of the same issue. The car went back into the shop today. John is a super nice service guy as well...however he didn’t call me back yesterday evening as he stated. However, Stan called me last night and John did today. I’m a very easy going guy...but when I hear nothing...it translates into nothing is being done. So hopefully the issue will be fixed soon. This is the nicest car I’ve ever purchased. The first car I was able to pay cash for...and it’s the only car I’ve ever had issues with to this extent. It doesn’t really make me want to recommend a MB or your dealership to anyone. Hopefully that will be corrected soon. I’m totally amazed a manager of some sort hasn’t called me about this issue...
