Was the least stressful car purchase that I could have ever imagined. Javier Torres answered all questions and helped to make the options available between various models very clear which gave us the opportunity to just decide what was the best fit. Javier has very easy going personality and we never felt pressured at all. Then once we made decision on vehicle, Jeff Joseph walked us through the financial part with every option laid out in front of us and helped us decide what was the best choice for our situation. It was all so smooth that I actually left in a good mood. The dealership management (Lawson) has sent me an email thanking me for choosing Honda of Columbia but both Javier and Jeff made the experience so easy that I should be the one sending a thank you.
