Gervais Ford

I brought my truck to have a Works Oil Change with tire rotation. I dropped it off and was dropped off at home thanks to a courtesy transport. A couple of hours later I got a call telling me my vehicle was complete. Lou called and asked if I needed a ride, I advised that I would take my wife's car down and drop that one off for a works package as well. Lou stated that the lift had broken and they were unable to rotate the tires. Lou stated that the lift broke with my vehicle on it, but made no indication that it affected my vehicle. I was picked up and transported back to the dealership and paid for my service. While walking out, I saw it was noted that the tire were not rotated because "they were not needed". There was also no vehicle health report attached to my bill. When questioned, Lou informed me that they didn't rotate due to new tires and that he told me on the phone the lift was broken. I was very irritated seeing that they operated in a garage with at least 5 other lifts. I will consider going else where to receive the services I expect and am paying for.
