Messy, disorganized and dishonest. They didn’t accept the credit letter from my bank and forced me to buy the car from them at a higher interest rate. The finance manager literally told me “it doesn’t matter what credit letter you have or if even bring in cash, I will not sell you the car unless you do it from a loan that I generate to you”. I called my bank and they said that had the same experience with that dealer and there is nothing they could do. BEWARE!
