Everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful. I did have a problem with my trade in value. My suggestion is check Kelly blue book before shopping as it will save you time and you have a better idea of the value of your trade. I was quoted below the lowest value, but they did work with me and increased trade in price. This is the second vehicle we purchased from this dealership. The service people were great to work with on our other vehicle.
