Alert....Alert....Alert On the 1st of August 2021, i did finalize my 2021 Toyota Sienna deal with one of their sales manager (David) over the phone. Because i am not live in Edmonton i did receive my bill of sale through email also one of their finance manager Hannah contact me and finalized my finance with Toyota Canada. She did send me the email with the confirmation that i am all approved and now we are waiting for the vehicle once we receive it your salesperson (Yvon) will contact you. During the time when i am waiting for the vehicle i did call a couple of times to my salesperson for the update and she told me in their system it still showed on order. September 02 one of their sales manager (Dario) called me and told me we are not getting the 2021 Toyota Sienna anymore so you have options either you can go for the 2022 Toyota sienna OR we can cancel the deal. If you go for 2022 Toyota Sienna you need to pay an extra $4,000.00. i did ask him did anywhere like on the Toyota Canada website i can see the 2022 Toyota Sienna prices and he told me there is no update on the Toyota Canada website yet. He was not able to explain me why i need to pay an extra $4,000.00 to get the 2022 Toyota Sienna even new prices not yet update on Toyota's website. He also mentioned your contract is not valid because you didn't sign it. i asked him first of all in month nobody told me that I have to sign the contract. 2nd i did the deal over the phone as i am not lived in Edmonton and get confirmation from the finance manager and sales manager that everything is good to go. He told me i am the messenger and just convey what i got from my General Sales Manager (Lukasz Kopec). i got some information from one of their manager. Actually the sales manager David not working anymore for the dealership and now the Management team looking for the deals which he finalized. They contacted the clients to either ask for more money OR cancel the deal. Normally i did not post the review but i think this information is very important for the people who are waiting for their vehicles for months and maybe at the end they receive a similar call from this dealership. So be careful when you are dealing with this dealership and waiting for your vehicle. i also contacted Toyota Canada and share my experience with them as well.
