Worst! The service department is rude with a "too bad"attitude. Overcharging & upsell is the motto, no one called back to let me know the vehicle ready, bill was more than expected. Darn shame they let go of tenured and knowledgable staff, not all change is good change. After many years I say a goodbye Grimsby Ford!
