Walked into dealership and sales rep met me, and we started a great relationship, she was well informed on product and accessories, went for an enjoyable test drive, the whole time she was telling me of all the features the 2016 Tucson had, answered all my questions knowledgeably and didn't PUSH the sale on me, gave me plenty of space to make up my mind.
