We were overcharged taxes on this lease it states on contract 1278 was charged 2024. Bo have contacted sales manager writing two emails to address my concerns and have not received any response from the sales manager. I have expressed my concerns to finance managers Shawn Ortiz and Ryan Peters they both confirmed in an email that we were charged 2024 for taxes on our lease when the taxes were 1278.00 which is stated in our lease agreement. As per my conversation and email with Shawn Ortiz and Ryan Peters we were charged 2024.00 for taxes, 175.00 document/ Aquistion fee and 400.00 for first month. And 197.00 DmV fees. This breakdown is incorrect we should have been charged 1278.00 for taxes. I gave a deposit of 2597.50. I am owed a refund for my overpayment of taxes which both finance managers agreed to in their email response. We have been a loyal for customer for over 20 years and we are extremely disappointed with the lack of response and acknowledgement from this dealership regarding our concerns. I am really hoping that this is a calculation error and not a dealership trying to defraud a loyal customer.
