Lokey Nissan
"On December 18,2024 my car was dead."
On December 18,2024 my car was dead. AAA gave me a boost and recommended I go directly to a Nissan dealership. I went, sat for about an hour than was advised the battery was fine, yet if I left it overnight they would recheck it in the morning. I called around 11AM, was told the service advisor wasn’t answering her call, they would email her. 2 calls later last one about 3:45pm the same. I asked to speak with a manager, found service advisor.was off for the day, my car was fine. 2 weeks later the same thing happened. This time I didn’t go to the dealership, as I lost faith. Problem diagnosed as a loose terminal as lots of corrosion on the other. Cleaned and tightened battery jumped. So did Lokey really do more than point a probe and nothing more on 12/18/24. I feel that mechanic knowing they weren’t going to $$$ blew it off and did nothing. After telling friends I found others had stories similar, and won’t use them unless like the battery under warranty as mine was.
